Customer Rating: Summary: Don't judge the shield by it's picture. Comment: Don't be fooled by what you see here. I purchased this shield a month ago, and let me say that appearances are deceiptful. First off, be careful who you buy it from as some companies WILL NOT refund you if you didn't receive the quality product you payed for (i.e. Top Swords), read their Return Policies.
As per the shield's product description, no where will you read that it is put together by some kind of cheap "super glue", not welded as one might think; in addition to it being nothing more than a decoration to be appreciated from afar (because of all of it's flaws noticed upclose), you can notice the main attraction of the shield, being the Red Phoenix, is poorly spray-painted; cut-out the shape from a piece of cardboard, red spray paint, and there you go. Purchase if you must (the price went down a bit since I did my purchase), but I would strongly recommend you find a store to see it in person first, or find a seller that will give you a refund if you are not satisfied with the product.
