Nothing gives you the feel of power like board breaking. These boards are a great way to train and save money! Ordinarily, you have to buy expensive new wood planks from your local lumber yard, and then cut them down to size before you break them. Why bother? Now you can get these lightweight laminated wood boards called Paulownia, ready to break, at a much lower price then you pay at the hardware store. Like any martial arts practice, breaking should be practiced under the supervision of a qualified master. Each board measures: 11.5" x 8.75" x 0.5" There are 64 boards per box.
