Customer Rating: Summary: TKO good buy Comment: The first bag I recieved was damaged was poorly boxed the support chain moves around in carton during shipment poked a hole in the first bag.
I called Amazon I had a replacement THE NEXT DAY WOW! made it well before Christmas I really respect that kind of service and will continue to lean toward them for future purchases.
They sent me the new bag then allowed me to send the damaged bag back was picked up the day after the new one arrived of coarse they payed to return the damaged bag.
I also got free shipping on this item trust me thats a $70-$120 value to ship a 100 lbs item.
