I've gone through dozens of cheapo mouthguards and don't have the money to get a custom made mouthguard, so I finally decided to pick up a shock doctor and I have to say I'm very pleased with the product. The guard has this blue gel which when boiled becomes very soft and molds to your teeth during the forming process for an extra tight fitting. Of all the mouthguards I've ever used, this is the best I've ever used.
