It was delivered in about three days-super fast. I checked all the parts to find nothing missing then read the instructions. Yes, the instructions are a little difficult but I put the stretcher together in about 1.5 hrs start-to-finish. I do have a lot of mechanical experience, so I think that helped. I'm very impressed with the stretcher as it is better than I expected. Everything works perfectly, no problems so far in the month I've had it. I lubed all the moving parts and it works really slick. Read the instructions, take your time, and don't get frustrated and you'll be happy with the results. It does a great job of stretching the muscles. I'm not at all limber; the results are much better than stretching on the floor. I think it was a very good purchase and I really enjoy using it. I remember in the 80s when Super Foot Bill Walace was promoting the old school version called "the rack" i enjoyed that alot. this one seems to have improved on their ealier hydralic piston model w/ the rack version cable system.
