Customer Rating: Summary: Needs a little work on the texture. Comment: Okay, I'll be honest. I was hoping for something a little closer to a wood-grain feel, but, Cold Steel DOES state that this is a high-impact injected plastic. So, it is what it is. It is a good walking-stick (although the tip could use a little more graded surface, it tends to slip on slick surfaces) and, well, to be honest, it could be used in a pinch as pretty serious club. So, all in all, I'm satisfied with my purchase.
