Customer Rating: Summary: Unsatisfactory Comment: while i was having eye surgery, my wife ordered this skull cane for me, when the cane arrived my wife did not notice the broken upper fange. when i was able to see i noticed the defect and sent knife kingdom an email on 3/5/08, telling them i would like to have it replaced. have not heard a word from them.
