His occupational therapist used one at school and it really seemed to calm him. He uses it all of the time, and so does everyone else in the family. I use it everyday and it seem to be holding it's tension very well. The only downfall I have is that the legs work their way loose and you have to tighten them frequently. Legs are easy to remove so you can store it under the bed. Great product for exercising when you can't get outside. It hardly squeaks compared to the last mini trampoline we had, but the cover is already coming apart. We've barely had it a month. Of course, the trampoline does get a LOT of use, probably more than what it was intended for, so under normal circumstances, it might be just fine.
