Summary: Teeth Grinding
Comment: I got this for the purpose of bruxism, teeth grinding at night. Before I molded it I took out the center white hard plastic, even though the instructions say NOT to. That's because I don't WANT a breathing hole, I want a night guard. It works well, it keeps my teeth in what I've heard is the proper position since it has both a top and bottom channel. If I'd left the breathing hole then it would hold my mouth too open for sleeping. I don't know how long it will last, but for what the other mouth guards for bruxism cost, I'd rather mold this twice as often and pay way less. As to whether it's good for me, healthwise, I guess only time will tell.
