Balazs Inc. warrants and represents that its equipment shall be free from any and all defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for life, while all wear parts, which include but are not limited to; bearings, bushings, springs, guide rods and pins shall be guaranteed for a period of one year from the delivery of the equipment to purchaser. The extent of Balazs Inc.'s liability under this warranty as to defects in material and workmanship is limited to the repair of such defects or replacement of any accessory, equipment or part which is defective for a period of one year from the date of delivery to purchaser. Balazs Inc. shall not be liable for the repair and/or replacement of said equipment if purchaser utilizes the equipment in contravention of the instructions provided by Balazs Inc. or if any defect is caused by purchaser in any manner.
