Customer Rating: Summary: Not Battle Ready..... Comment: Very light, very nice looking, excellent for practice, But can not be taken into a real fight. It's not sturdy enough to block a bat without sustaining major damage, and it takes severe damage from striking some one in the head. Customer Rating: Summary: Disappointing Comment: The staff I received looks nothing like the one I thought I ordered. The staff in the picture looks nice- light wood with burn marks to give it character; the one I'm looking at right now is painted with orange tape around each end. It looks cheep and crappy. I will be returning it for a full refund. I am very disappointed with this purchase. Customer Rating: Summary: Loved It!! Comment: Solid construction & beautiful burn pattern. I thought it would be lighter because it's made of rattan but it's still way lighter than a hardwood weapon & safer (harwook splits in sharp pieces if broken - rattan does not). Great price! I could have gotten one cheaper without the burn pattern but it would not have had any personality to it just plain. Great investment!
